S+R Event Rental was originally founded by brothers Scott & Rodney Ouellette in 1991. In 2012 S+R purchased ACE Canvas and expanded our company. With a combined total of 42 years experience S+R Event Rental provides top of the line service and customer satisfaction. S+R provides services for a variety of events such as Arts, Beats & Eats, Comerica Tiger Fan Fair, Detroit River Regatta Gold Cup Races as well as being the primary contractor for DDP Events (Downtown Detroit Partners, Parks & Public Spaces) which includes: Beacon Park, Campus Martius, Cadillac Square, Capitol Park, Grand Circus Park, and Spirit Plaza.
Emergency disaster support is another service provided by S+R. We have worked with First Response in providing tents and building base camps during hurricane Katrina and Gustav.
