Are there different styles of tents available to rent?

Yes, we offer an extensive range of sizes and models of tents including traditional and high-peak pole tents, Navi-Trac frame tents, and Event Series structure tents to suit different event themes and preferences.

What types of surfaces can your tents be installed on?
Our tents can be set up on any surface given the allowed space and tent type. We have two different types of tenting.

• Our frame tents can be installed on any surface (including concrete). We secure them with cement blocks if we cannot stake them into the ground.
• Our stake-down, pole tents can only be staked into grass or asphalt.

How do I determine the right size of tent for my event?

The tent size you need depends on factors such as the number of guests, type of event, and additional space for stages, dance floors, etc. Our expert team can help you calculate the appropriate size based on these requirements.

Can your tents withstand adverse weather conditions?

Yes, our tents are designed to be sturdy and can withstand various weather conditions. For longer installations and inclement weather, we recommend Frame tents. We also suggest you consider additional safety measures and always watch local weather forecasts for extreme weather.

Can I customize the look of the tent with decorations and lighting?

Yes, you can add your personal touch with your own decorations, lighting, and drapery. We also offer UFO LED lighting solutions, as well as tent and dance flooring, for all our tent models.

Do you offer long-term tent rentals?

Yes! Our expert office staff can collaborate with you to personalize your quote to ensure all your needs are met and you receive maximum use of your long-term rental.

How long can I rent a tent for a long-term event?

Our long-term tent rentals can accommodate events lasting from several weeks to years, depending on your specific needs.

Are long-term tent rentals weather-resistant for extended periods?

Yes, our frame and structure tents are made of premium materials designed to withstand various weather conditions, ensuring a secure setting throughout your event.

What is the process for setup and teardown?

Our expert staff can work with you to arrange setup and teardown dates to ensure a hassle-free process, using our certified professional installers. We typically install a day or two before the event and pick up a day or two after the event. If necessary, we may be able to accommodate other requests. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take ACH payments as well as credit card payments. If you wish to pay by check, please contact our office to make other arrangements.
