Yes, our tents are designed to be sturdy and can withstand various weather conditions. For longer installations and inclement weather, we recommend Frame tents. We also suggest you consider additional safety measures and always watch local weather forecasts for extreme weather. _________________
Can I customize the look of the tent with decorations and lighting? Yes, you can add your personal touch with your own decorations, lighting, and drapery. We also offer UFO LED lighting solutions, as well as tent and dance flooring, for all our tent models. _________________ Do you offer long-term tent rentals? Yes! Our expert office staff can collaborate with you to personalize your quote to ensure all your needs are met and you receive maximum use of your long-term rental. _________________
How long can I rent a tent for a long-term event? Our long-term tent rentals can accommodate events lasting from several weeks to years, depending on your specific needs. _________________
Are long-term tent rentals weather-resistant for extended periods? Yes, our frame and structure tents are made of premium materials designed to withstand various weather conditions, ensuring a secure setting throughout your event. _________________ What is the process for setup and teardown? Our expert staff can work with you to arrange setup and teardown dates to ensure a hassle-free process, using our certified professional installers. We typically install a day or two before the event and pick up a day or two after the event. If necessary, we may be able to accommodate other requests.
